THE SNAKE AND THE GREEN FROG - MORAL STORY

It had just rained and the forest was nourishing with water everywhere. There was no shortage of food for every animal.

A snake was swimming in a pond. It had an eye on the plentiful fish in the pond. As it was about to catch a fish, the other fish saw it and pecked at it, biting and annoying it. The snake could not catch the fish. The disappointed snake swam to the shore and was about to leave the place. Just then it saw a frog croaking nearby. So it went to the frog and asked, "What is the justice in the act of the fish.

I was about to catch a big fish, but the other fish chased me off." The frog thought for a while and replied, "Of course, it is just. When the fish comes to you, you can eat it. But, when you go to the fish the fish have right to chase you off." Saying this, the frog leapt away saying to itself, "Oh God! I've been lucky today to have escaped."

It would be a full moon day. I should be on penitence and eat only after I can find some saint and offer them food." The next day, the hare was awaiting some saint to pass that way. But, to the hare's despair, no one came that way. In distress, the hare said to himself, "I shall offer myself as food if some saint comes.                 The Forest Deity was watching the entire episode. He appeared in the form of a Brahmin in front of the hare. The hare was happy that his ...

THE FRUIT THAT FELL THE AMAZING STORY

One day, a rabbit was fast asleep under a shady berry tree. Suddenly, the rabbit woke up with a jerk. He thought he heard a loud noise as though the earth is tearing apart. He ran away from the place as fast as his legs could take him. He cautioned all animals he came across. "Hey brothers and sisters, run away from this place.  The earth is tearing apart." Now, there was panic all across the forest. All animals started to run. However, they all came to a halt with the loud roar of the lion - king of the forest. "Stop all of you fools. Where are you running away? What are you running away from?" he asked. The animals looked at one another without an answer. The rabbit said, "My lord, I was resting under a tree.
