WISDOM OF LEADERSHIP - MORAL STORY

Once there lived a family of deer in a lush forest. There was a father deer and two sons in the family. As time passed, the father deer fell sick. He called his two sons and told them, "Dear sons, after me either of you two would become the leader. Learn the art of surviving. Don't lead the herd during daylight. Don't graze in thick forest. Graze in open lawns. Lead well." After the death of the father deer, the two sons divided the herd into two.

The two herds left the forest in search of a new living place, One deer did not take heed of the father deer's advice. Soon, many deers in the herd were either killed or died because of heat. The other deer was very careful to lead the herd according to the advice given by the father deer. The entire herd was safe and healthy.
